New Student Enrollment Lottery
All new students are admitted to our school each year through a state-mandated lottery process. The annual lottery is held on the 3rd Friday of February; this year it will be on February 21st and all lottery applications must be submitted to the school office by 12:00 noon. If you are interested in entering your student in the lottery, please print and fill out our New Student Lottery Form below and return either by mail, email, or fax (801-521-4181).

Siblings of Current Student Pre-registration
All siblings of current students are given preference in the lottery but are required to fill out and submit a Sibling Pre-registration Form to be considered. These pre-registration forms must be submitted to the school office no later than Friday, February 21st at 12:00 noon in order to guarantee a place at City Academy for fall 2014.
