Haiku Learning Management System (LMS)

Students can monitor their own academic progress through our Haiku LMS. Haiku offers a full suite of tools to help you stay connected with your teachers, submit and keep track of your assignments, and much more. Check your progress and stay connected by clicking on the Haiku icon below, then enter your username and password. Haiku LMS will be used to track:

Student Records

Utah State Student Information System (SIS)

In addition to tracking your progress in our Haiku LMS, your records are managed and accessible online through the Utah State Student Information System (SIS). This state system provides information for you, your parents, as well as, teachers and advisors. Check your records by clicking on the SIS icon below, then enter your username and password. SIS is will be used to track:

Student Policy Handbook

Sections of the City Academy Parent and Student Policy Handbook that are specifically concerned with helping our school function effectively are included in the front of the student planner. For your convenience the entire policy handbook for the current school year is also available here.

Breakfast and Lunch Orders

Cost

Breakfast and lunch are delivered from West High School each day that school is in session. Breakfast is served at 7:40 AM at the cost of $2.40 or $.30 and lunch at $3.00 or $.40 for those who qualify. Sign up for meals must take place the day before the meals are served.

Ordering

All breakfast orders must be submitted one day prior to service and lunch orders must be placed before your first
class on the day the meal Is served. Orders can be placed at the front desk of the school.

Account Balances

All lunch and breakfast orders require a postive account balance in your lunch account and can be viewed on your SIS page. Please deposit money in your account by sending cash or a check to the front desk at City Academy.
