City Academy Elementary is a free public charter school located in Salt Lake City.
Unique & Individualized Education
At City Academy Elementary, we foster a nurturing foundation for our youngest learners in kindergarten through second grade.
Every child is challenged to reach their unique potential with individualized support. We do this as we help students create their own individualized education plans.
Curriculum: We will be using the Amplify curriculum to teach reading, writing, math, and science. In addition, we will be integrating music into our academic lessons as a way to help build the values of creativity, curiosity, collaboration, and commitment through our unique curriculum

With the support of the Gifted Music School, through their GRIT program, City Academy will incorporate music into daily learning to enhance creativity and development. Here is a sample of our vision for how this will grow and progress as students continue their education at City Academy and the Gifted Music School.
