Dynamic and Innovative program
We partner with the Peterson School of Music (PSM), an established, premier music school located on our joint campus. At PSM, they offer exceptional music education tailored to your child’s unique talents and goals. With instructors from top institutions like Juilliard and Curtis, they can provide a nurturing space where students excel musically and personally. From private lessons to group classes, your child can receive the training to ignite their passion, boost confidence, and achieve excellence. They offer classes and private lessons in 12 instruments, including piano, strings, woodwinds, guitar, and ukulele, as well as in voice, composition, and music theory. 3 Programs
Will Provide Three Different Programs as a part of the regular school day, and with no cost to City Academy full-time students.
Middle School Students
Middle school students have the opportunity to take group music classes such as voice, percussion, jazz ensemble, piano, and guitar taught by PSM teachers. They may also take private music lessons and/or have practice time as a part of their regular school day schedule.
High School Students
High school students have the opportunity to take group music classes such as voice, percussion, jazz ensemble, piano, and guitar taught by PSM teachers. They may also take private music lessons and/or have practice time as a part of their regular school day schedule.
10th Grade Parent | City Academy
